The two-row core doubles tube depth relative to the thin one-row 5/8 inch model. Its internal steam distribution and condensate-return arrangement provides additional surface for higher heating capacity while retaining the smaller tube geometry.

A one-row 5/8 inch coil cannot deliver the required temperature rise at available face area.Use the two-row core and select steam pressure, fin spacing and face velocity for the target capacity.

The deeper steam core may retain condensate in the second row.Use the distributing circuit and install both coil and trap with positive drainage and correct return sizing.
