The intermediate model expands the work zone to 600 x 600 x 600 mm while keeping a 760 x 600 x 690 mm external body. Its 1.2 mm SUS304 shell, mechanical interlock and double-layer vacuum-glass door windows support routine containment transfers with visual confirmation from either room. Compared with the 500 mm model, it accepts wider trays without committing to the largest 700 mm cube.

Operators cannot confirm whether the chamber is occupied before attempting a contained handoff.Use the double-layer viewing windows to verify load position from both sides before releasing the mechanically interlocked door.

The 500 mm version requires frequent splitting of routine tray loads.The 600 mm internal cube increases usable volume while remaining more compact than the 700 mm model.
