This 600 mm cubic configuration enlarges usable capacity for routine component bins while retaining a manageable 800 x 675 x 1100 mm external envelope. An integral fan draws air through an H14 HEPA filter and supplies vertical low-turbulence displacement flow. The unit therefore operates independently of the central ventilation system and controls doors so only one side is open at a time.

Applications

For prepared material batches, medium parts bins and wrapped tools passing between adjacent controlled manufacturing rooms. Validate the chamber cycle against the actual load obstruction and neighboring room pressure behavior.

Solutions for Your Application

The 500 mm chamber does not provide enough clearance around a standard component bin.Use the 600 mm cube and preserve space around the load for vertical airflow.

Connecting a transfer hatch to central ventilation would complicate balancing.Select the self-contained blower arrangement and commission it as an independent chamber.
