This model combines a hydrophobic supported ePTFE membrane with an anodized aluminum frame and continuous polyurethane gasket. The media is designed for greater mechanical strength, low outgassing and compatibility with oil-based PAO challenge procedures. Choose the dry-gasket configuration for terminals that compress the filter against a flat land rather than using a fluid receiver.

Applications

Used in life-science cleanrooms, laminar-airflow benches and critical terminals that specify H14 membrane media and a conventional gasket seat. The filter supports selection for handling robustness and integrity testing, but the installed seal remains dependent on correct compression and a clean housing land.

Solutions for Your Application

Membrane damage during installation causes a failed room-side integrity test.The supported ePTFE pack improves handling resilience; installers should still grip only the frame and protect the media face.

The gasket is compressed unevenly by a warped terminal clamp.Inspect the sealing land and tighten opposing clamps progressively before the PAO integrity test.
