Взрывная вентиляция
A rupture-membrane vent that opens rapidly to relieve explosion pressure from process vessels and dust collectors.
- Fast Rupture-Membrane Opening
- Hygienic Stainless Frame
- Low-Leakage Perimeter Seal
- Optional Burst Detection
Введение продукции
The explosion vent mounts over a calculated relief opening on a vessel, collector or duct. A scored or domed membrane remains sealed under normal pressure and ruptures at its specified burst condition, providing a large low-inertia discharge area. The clamping frame, gasket and support arrangement are selected for pressure cycling, temperature and cleaning conditions.
Основные характеристики
A perimeter gasket maintains normal process containment.
Stainless construction supports hygienic and corrosion-sensitive service.
A burst sensor can initiate shutdown and alarm sequences.
Решения для вашего приложения
Combustible dust equipment needs rapid pressure relief without allowing normal product leakage or contamination around the opening.
A heavy door responds too slowly to a fast pressure rise.A low-inertia rupture membrane opens across its designed relief area.
Pressure cycling fatigues an unsuitable vent element.Membrane profile and support are selected for the normal vacuum and pressure cycle.
Product and wash liquid can collect at rough frame joints.A stainless hygienic frame and continuous compatible gasket reduce crevices.
A burst event must stop connected equipment. An optional rupture indicator sends an immediate interlock signal.
