The 800 mm model increases usable volume to 800 x 800 x 800 mm and provides a 1400 x 860 x 2200 mm external service envelope. H14 filtration, electromagnetic interlocking and monitoring of temperature, humidity, pressure and VHP concentration support controlled cycle development. It is the middle choice when the 600 mm chamber is too restrictive but the 1000 mm model would add unnecessary conditioning volume.

For production change parts, grouped containers and medium thermolabile loads entering controlled pharmaceutical or biotechnology suites. The validated load should represent the most difficult combination of packing density, surface area and peroxide absorption expected in routine use.
Select chamber material finish, VHP supply arrangement, sensor package, recipe controls, data recording and door handing. Confirm facility exhaust and emergency response interfaces before installation.
