Twelve V-shaped mini-pleat packs fill the 593 x 593 x 292 mm enclosure, giving this full module a nominal 3600 m3/h capacity at 320 Pa. It suits standard metric filter banks where one large element can replace multiple smaller high-flow units. The heavier loaded element and full face require planned lifting access and a rack that seals the perimeter without frame distortion.

Applications

Specified for full-size cleanroom AHUs serving operating rooms, pharmaceutical suites, biotechnology areas and sensitive industrial production. The 3600 m3/h rating supports high air-change duty when the fan has capacity for 320 Pa initial resistance and the rack accepts a 292 mm-deep module.

A loaded full-size filter is difficult to remove safely in a shallow service aisle.Reserve straight withdrawal clearance and use the specified grips or handling aid so the frame is not pulled by the media banks.
