A single ePTFE membrane layer is protected on both sides by spunbond support, improving handling strength during mini-pleating and service. The U15 version is the lowest-resistance grade in the series, with a nominal complete-filter basis of 0.33 in. w.g. at 100 fpm for a 35 mm pack. Boron-free construction and low offgassing suit semiconductor applications, while complete-filter classification remains necessary after conversion.
