The material air-shower pass box combines a small transfer cabinet with filtered high-speed outlets directed towards the package. A blower feeds the nozzles, and returning air passes through the filtration circuit before recirculation. The receiving side is managed by the selected door sequence. Its purpose is to dislodge loose surface particles from suitable goods without sending a person through a full-size air shower.

A large tote shields one side from the outlets.Position the nozzles and loading guides around that tote; reduce batch loading where adjacent packages obstruct the jet paths.
Loose labels or lightweight bags move during blowing.Choose suitable packaging support and jet direction, and select compatible airflow control where the offered blower permits it.
A package blocks the return grille and dust remains in the chamber.Keep the intake clearance accessible and include filter and chamber cleaning in the handling routine rather than lengthening the timer alone.
Repeated transfers lead to premature receiving-side access.Define a controller sequence with clear running and ready indication, including the agreed door-release conditions and interrupted-cycle response.

Loads should be closed, stable and suitable for air-jet exposure. Cardboard shedding, open powders and fragile labels may require a different entry method; air cleaning does not turn uncontrolled packaging into a sterile product.

These common selectable references apply to a compact goods-transfer air shower. They are not measured STjh ratings or a combined fan operating point. Nozzle exit speed is distinct from the average chamber velocity, and the adjustable cycle does not establish a dust-removal percentage or sterilization result.

The normal assembly uses a transfer cabinet, fan, filter stages, cleaning outlets and interlocked doors. Conveyor handling, automatic doors, speed control and added timing stages are separately selected equipment, not assumed features of every cabinet.
Selection and Installation
Choose loads that tolerate air cleaning
Identify the packaging surface, loose residue, item mass, closures and labels before selecting the jet arrangement. Air jets can disturb light items, flexible bags and unsecured lids. This is a materials chamber, not an occupied personnel shower, liquid washer or validated sterilizer. Hazardous powders, combustible dust and solvent-bearing loads require a separately engineered process rather than ordinary recirculating de-dusting.
Give each package a usable flow route
Place the largest container in the proposed loading position and check nozzle reach, support clearance and the path to the return intake. Side-by-side or stacked packages shield one another, while a carton pressed against a grille restricts collection. A roller option helps handling but does not guarantee that underside surfaces receive the same cleaning action.
Select a sequence for the transfer routine
Decide how the load is detected, when blowing starts, whether a separate circulation interval is needed and how the receiving door is released. A factory timer setting from another unit is not a suitable default cleaning recipe. If variable-speed control is requested, select the compatible motor and controller together; do not assume that every blower can be slowed electronically.
Reserve service and handling space
Allow access to the prefilter, final filter, fan and nozzle panels without blocking either room's normal work. Specify the loading height and support capacity for the real package, together with wall depth, door swing and electrical connection. When the requirement is a broad directed air field around sensitive components instead of concentrated de-dusting jets, compare the vertical unidirectional-flow pass box.
