Cleanroom Pass-Through Storage Cabinet
- Full-height transfer volume
- Adjustable stainless shelves
- Opposed interlocked doors
- Floor-supported construction
Product Introduction
This Cleanroom Pass-Through Storage Cabinet turns a wall boundary into an organised restocking point for boxed consumables, trays and prepared materials. The cabinet's removable shelf system can be set for several small batches or cleared for taller containers. Interlocked doors maintain separated loading and collection sides, while the floor-supported cabinet body accommodates more stored material than a compact wall pass box.
Key Features
Shelf rails permit the storage layout to be changed without altering the cabinet body.
Solid or perforated shelf choices can suit different packages and wiping practices.
A reinforced base supports regularly loaded transfer volumes.
Opposing doors can be interlocked to separate loading from clean-side retrieval.
Solutions for Your Application
Facilities that transfer an entire shift's supplies need more volume and better organisation than a small pass box can provide.

The table gives selectable common reference configurations for a full-height pass-through storage cabinet, not measured data for one fixed STjh model. The reference arrangement is a floor-supported stainless steel cabinet with adjustable shelves and opposing interlocked doors. It is static storage without a fan or filter module; material, shelving and door upgrades are optional.

Selection and Installation
Start with the number of packs held between replenishment rounds, their dimensions and their combined weight on each shelf. Choose shelf spacing to leave hand clearance above the tallest pack, and keep heavier items at comfortable lower levels. Overall cabinet width and height are different from the usable opening and shelf area.
The base must carry the loaded cabinet, while the perimeter trim closes the gap at the wall. Allow the full door swing on both sides and enough aisle space to remove a shelf for cleaning. Specify the interlock type, release sequence and electrical supply if electronic locking is selected.
Use this cabinet for enclosed staging and two-sided restocking; filtration or an air-purge cycle is a separate equipment choice. When only a few documents or small packs pass at a time, a compact transfer hatch uses less wall space.
