The ceramic-based material system removes the lower-temperature elastomeric interfaces used in cooler HEPA designs.
This extreme-temperature filter replaces metal and elastomeric components with a ceramic composite frame, glass-fiber separators, ceramic sealant and a braided glass-fiber gasket. The complete construction supports continuous operation up to 350 C at 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 micron. It is reserved for the hottest sterilization-tunnel and oven zones where the 260 C stainless model lacks temperature margin.

Designed for ultra-clean pharmaceutical ovens and high-temperature sterilization tunnels operating continuously up to 350 C. The casing, support system and downstream materials must also tolerate this temperature, and the heating profile should avoid abrupt thermal shock to the ceramic frame.
