상품 소개

This 300 x 600 x 25 mm metal panel is the smallest and least restrictive carbon in the carbon-panel trio. It carries activated carbon or a selected impregnated adsorbent at 175 m3/h with a 30 Pa initial drop, fitting compact cabinets where only light molecular loading is expected. Because pressure drop does not show carbon exhaustion, replacement timing must be based on contaminant exposure or monitoring.

Applications

Suitable for small make-up or recirculation cabinets, control enclosures and clean-support equipment exposed to light odors or VOCs. It is not intended as a particulate final filter, and sorbent selection should follow the target gas and humidity profile.

A compact cabinet has no spare pressure for a deep carbon bed.Use the 25 mm panel at its 175 m3/h rating and verify that the expected contaminant load is light enough for the smaller media volume.

Odor breakthrough occurs even though differential pressure is almost unchanged.Set service life from gas loading, exposure time or outlet monitoring because molecular saturation is not indicated reliably by pressure drop.
