This full-size 592 × 592 mm panel is only 10 mm deep, using washable black nylon mesh held by a reinforced metal perimeter. It is rated for 3200 m3/h and can be configured within the referenced G2–G4 / MERV 2–8 family according to layer count. The minimal depth suits compact air handlers and return grilles that cannot accept a conventional pleated filter.

Applications

Suitable for cleanroom return grilles, fan-coil intakes, compact AHUs and equipment ventilation that needs reusable coarse screening in a very shallow space. Layer selection should reflect the required airflow and debris size rather than implying fine filtration.

A standard two-inch panel will not fit behind the return grille.The 10 mm profile provides washable screening without projecting deeply into the return plenum.

The thin mesh wrinkles during cleaning and causes edge gaps.Use the reinforced frame, wash without stretching and inspect perimeter tension before reinstalling.
