Highest membrane efficiency
U17 acceptance addresses exceptionally sensitive tool environments that cannot use the lower U15 or U16 tier.
This U17 ePTFE model is specified for the narrow set of process tools and mini-environments that require the series' lowest particle penetration. It retains boron-free supported membrane construction but carries the higher nominal resistance of 0.55 in. w.g. at 100 fpm. The broad seal menu is useful for retrofits, provided the selected aluminum frame matches the tool's actual mating surface.

The media pack can be paired with dry compression, fluid gel or knife-edge interfaces for varied OEM equipment.
The 0.55 in. w.g. reference reveals the fan-pressure consequence before the highest grade is adopted.
