Closed-container process
Filling through the installed stopper reduces the open-container handling steps used by conventional vial lines.
This entry-scale system keeps the vial functionally closed while a needle fills through the stopper, a laser reseals the puncture and a cap is applied inside the barrier. Its compact manual and semi-automatic workflow is intended for clinical or personalized products where changeover and low product loss matter more than high line speed.
Filling through the installed stopper reduces the open-container handling steps used by conventional vial lines.
An aseptic wall port allows the product vessel to remain outside for cooling or mixing while liquid enters the chamber.
Catalytic H2O2 breakdown supports a plug-and-play arrangement using power and compressed air rather than a dedicated exhaust connection.
