Cleanroom Installation Zubehör
Decken Suspension Rod
A zinc-plated threaded hanger assembly that transfers cleanroom ceiling-grid loads to an overhead structural anchor while allowing level adjustment.
- Continuous Height Adjustment
- Positive Locknut Setting
- Zinc-Plated Steel
- Clevis Grid Connection
Produkteinführung
The ceiling suspension rod combines a fully threaded steel shaft with anchor hardware, locknuts and a lower clevis or channel attachment. Turning the nuts sets the suspended grid elevation, while paired locknuts retain the final position. The straight load path and accessible adjustment support accurate leveling of modular cleanroom ceilings before panels and services are installed.
Key Features
Paired nuts and washers secure the selected setting.
A pinned lower clevis accommodates common ceiling-channel interfaces.
Zinc plating provides practical corrosion resistance for concealed interior service.
Lösungen für Ihre Anwendung
Suspended cleanroom grids require repeatable elevation control and a direct mechanical load path at every hanger point.
Uneven structural soffits make fixed-length hangers difficult to level. The fully threaded shaft provides continuous field adjustment.
Single nuts can loosen during grid handling.Paired locknuts and washers retain the selected elevation.
Rigid end details can impose side load on the grid.A pinned clevis permits limited articulation at the channel interface.
Unprotected carbon steel corrodes in humid plenums.Zinc-plated or stainless construction is selected for the operating environment.
