This 150 mm rigid box filter combines dual-density glass-fiber media, aluminum separators and a galvanized steel frame. Its six-inch depth suits installations that need the mechanical stability of a rigid cell but do not have room for a 292 mm model. The MERV 11 grade is intended for moderate intermediate filtration under turbulent or frequently cycled airflow.

Applications

Suitable for industrial AHUs, clean-process supply systems and equipment ventilation where the fan starts frequently or inlet turbulence could deform a soft filter. Its shorter box is useful when cabinet depth is limited but a rigid medium-efficiency stage is still required.
