This 292 mm-deep H13 model places V-shaped pleated cells in a stainless enclosure with a dirty-side gasket and conductive construction. Its 4000 m3/h duty is the highest airflow in this ATEX-supported HEPA trio, making it the practical choice when an explosive-atmosphere AHU needs full-module capacity without stepping up to H14 media. The filter must be bonded to the specified earth path and used only in a zone covered by the selected construction.

Applications

Specified for high-flow supply, recirculation or process-air banks in food, chemical and pharmaceutical facilities after the hazardous zone, gas or dust group, grounding method and housing materials have been assessed. H13 efficiency addresses particles; it does not replace explosion-risk controls elsewhere in the system.

Solutions for Your Application

The hazardous-area filter bank cannot deliver design airflow without excessive fan load.Use the 4000 m3/h H13 full module where the required particle grade permits it, then verify the 290 Pa starting resistance against the available fan pressure.
A conductive filter may be installed without a dependable earth connection.Provide a verified bonding path from the metal frame through the housing and inspect that connection whenever the filter is replaced.
