Duct استشعار الضغط الثابت
A static-pressure pickup and transmitter package that measures cleanroom duct pressure without directly sensing the moving-air velocity head.
- Static Pressure Pickup
- Low-Range Signal Output
- Fan Control Feedback
- Sealed Duct Mounting
مقدمة المنتج
The duct static pressure sensor combines a properly oriented wall pickup with a low-pressure transmitter. The pickup opening is arranged to minimize direct exposure to velocity pressure, allowing the transmitter to represent duct static condition. A flexible tube connects the pickup to the protected electronics outside the duct. The resulting analog or digital signal supports supply-fan control, high-pressure alarm and diagnosis of restricted or undersupplied duct sections.
الخصائص الرئيسية
Low-pressure signal conditioning produces a stable control value for variable-speed fans.
The transmitter stays outside the duct for accessible wiring and zero service.
Selectable ranges match branch, main-duct and plenum pressure applications.
حلول للتطبيق الخاص بك
Static pressure readings are easily biased when the pickup faces the flow, leaks at the duct wall or sits in highly turbulent air.
The pickup captures velocity pressure and reports an artificially high value.A static tip or flush wall port samples perpendicular to the airflow direction.
Air leaks around the mounting hole distort the low-pressure signal.A gasketed flange seals the duct penetration around the pickup.
The fan control signal is noisy after a bend or damper.Appropriate location and transmitter filtering reduce turbulence-driven variation.
Zero calibration requires entry into the duct. The external transmitter provides accessible zero controls and removable tubing.
