A body-length cleanroom frock with controlled neck, wrist and front closures for convenient upper-body contamination coverage.
- Extended frock length for upper-body and upper-leg coverage
- Controlled collar and wrist interfaces
- Convenient snap or concealed-zipper gowning
مقدمة المنتج
The Cleanroom Frock is a long jacket-style garment designed for controlled areas where full coverall coverage is not required. Its extended body panel covers the torso and upper legs, while a stand or bound collar, enclosed seams and close-fitting wrists limit exposed garment interfaces. Front snaps or a concealed zipper support routine gowning and removal.
الخصائص الرئيسية
Bound or stand collar reduces exposed neckline gaps
Elasticated wrists form a practical interface with cleanroom gloves
Front snap or concealed zipper closure simplifies gowning
Generous shoulder and sleeve pattern supports reaching and bench work
حلول للتطبيق الخاص بك
A frock must provide enough body length and secure neckline and wrist interfaces without imposing the full coverage of a coverall. Its suitability depends on the controlled area's gowning level, the operator's movement and the clothing that remains underneath.
A short jacket may expose street clothing around the waist and upper legs.Use an extended body length selected to match the required coverage zone.
Open necklines and loose cuffs can create uncontrolled interface gaps.Configure a bound or stand collar and elasticated wrists compatible with the glove protocol.
Exposed buttons or coarse seams may trap particles and complicate wiping.Choose enclosed seams and low-profile snaps or a covered zipper to reduce exposed traps.
Excessively heavy or narrow garments can restrict routine bench work.Match fabric weight and garment ease to shift duration, movement and processing method.
تطبيقات نموذجية
Appropriate for laboratories, pharmaceutical support rooms, medical-device assembly, electronics inspection, clean packing, controlled warehouses and visitor gowning programs where local procedures permit frock-style coverage.
