مقدمة المنتج

DDC controllers are distributed between AHUs, mechanical rooms and cleanroom zones so each group of HVAC points is controlled close to the equipment. Universal inputs accept common temperature, humidity and pressure signals, while analog and digital outputs command dampers, valves and fan drives. BACnet communication exposes live values, alarms, schedules and trends to the building-management platform. Local programs and retained configuration allow the controlled plant to continue operating during a supervisory-network interruption.

الخصائص الرئيسية

Distributed controllers shorten field wiring between HVAC equipment and the control point.

Universal I/O channels can be configured for common sensor, contact and actuator signals.

Local schedules, alarms and trend buffers remain active without a central workstation connection.

BACnet networking supports shared values and coordinated operation across multiple cleanroom zones.

حلول للتطبيق الخاص بك

A DDC system must distribute control efficiently while preserving a consistent point structure and dependable communication to the central BMS.

Long home-run cables increase installation complexity and analog noise.Local DDC panels position I/O near AHUs and cleanroom zone equipment.

Different controller programs use inconsistent point names.A standardized device and point naming structure keeps graphics, alarms and trends aligned.

Supervisory network loss interrupts basic plant sequences.Local DDC logic, schedules and retained setpoints continue at the controller level.

Adding one sensor consumes a dedicated fixed-function module.Configurable universal I/O channels accommodate several common signal types.
