Air دش الأشعة تحت الحمراء الاستشعار
A compact photoelectric sensor that detects entry or occupancy signals for automatic air shower cycle and door-control logic.
- Non-Contact Detection
- Compact Black Housing
- Visible Status Indicator
- Secure Two-Ear Mounting
مقدمة المنتج
The air shower infrared sensor provides a non-contact presence signal to the sequence controller when a person or material load enters the sensing zone. A dark optical window shields the emitter and receiver components, while the status LED supports alignment and service checks. Side mounting ears hold the sensing face in a repeatable position inside the chamber. Replacement compatibility depends on sensing principle, supply voltage, output logic, connector arrangement and required detection distance.
الخصائص الرئيسية
A tinted optical window protects the sensing elements from routine chamber cleaning.
The visible indicator provides immediate confirmation of detection status.
Twin metal mounting ears support stable alignment on the air-shower panel.
حلول للتطبيق الخاص بك
Reliable cycle triggering requires a sensor that matches the controller input and remains correctly aimed in the chamber.
A narrow or misaligned detection zone fails to register chamber entry.Twin mounting ears provide repeatable positioning toward the intended sensing area.
An incompatible output signal cannot trigger the existing controller.Output logic and supply configuration are selected for the installed control input.
Contamination on exposed optics causes unstable sensing. The smooth tinted window presents a protected, wipe-clean optical face.
Technicians cannot quickly confirm whether the sensor is switching.A dedicated green indicator displays local detection status during testing.
