Tacky Roller
Cleanroom tacky roller with peel-away LDPE adhesive film and a reusable handle for removing loose particles from floors, walls and work surfaces.
- Peel-away LDPE adhesive film refill
- Dry particle pickup for broad cleanroom surfaces
- Reusable low-shedding roller handle
Введение продукции
The Tacky Roller provides dry contamination pickup across smooth controlled-area surfaces. A cylindrical refill of LDPE film carries a consistent water-based acrylic adhesive that collects loose dust as the roller travels. Perforated or pre-cut outer sheets can be removed when loaded, exposing a fresh tacky layer without liquid cleaner. The refill mounts on a reusable plastic or stainless-steel frame selected for bench, wall or floor reach.
Основные характеристики
Water-based acrylic adhesive supports low-residue particle pickup
Multiple widths cover benches, panels, walls and floors efficiently
Clean polymer core avoids paper-fiber shedding
Reusable frame separates durable hardware from disposable film
Решения для вашего приложения
A cleanroom roller must pick up particles without transferring adhesive, shedding core material or forcing frequent tool replacement. Width, tack and handle reach should match the cleaned surface and operator method.
Excessive tack may leave residue on sensitive panels.Select a tack grade compatible with the substrate and verify it on a representative area.
A loaded outer layer can redistribute captured debris.Remove the contaminated sheet at a defined loading point using its perforation.
Paperboard cores may introduce fibers into the controlled area.Specify a clean polyethylene core and individually protected refill.
An unsuitable handle length can make wall or floor cleaning inefficient.Pair narrow hand rollers with benches and extended frames with walls or floors.
Типичные приложения
Designed for cleanroom floors, walls, ceilings, workstations, glass panels, electronics work surfaces, equipment housings and other smooth areas requiring dry particle removal.
