The 1300-class VOC model places a short activated-carbon bed in a 148 x 240 mm cylindrical cartridge. A sixteen-unit 610 mm square array is rated for 1250 m3/h, with clean resistance varying from 60 to 80 Pa according to the selected media and internal scrim. Its compact size fits local or shallow installations, but its limited carbon mass makes accurate knowledge of VOC type, concentration and humidity especially important when establishing useful life.

A compact cartridge may be chosen for a high solvent load and exhaust its carbon quickly.Quantify the VOC challenge and compare required life with the short-bed media mass before accepting the shallow housing advantage.

High humidity may occupy adsorption sites and shorten VOC performance.Keep the application within the selected carbon's humidity range or adjust media quantity and replacement frequency for wet-air operation.
