Physical process separation
Two connected zones allow initial contaminant removal before a cleaner rinse stage.
The 3000 mm model divides its 3 x 2 m footprint into two process sections so chemical-suit cleaning can proceed in stages. The inflatable structure has no metal support frame and weighs 60 kg, making it a larger response asset than the one-section models. A linear dirty-to-clean route reduces backtracking, but it requires disciplined drainage and separate water-control procedures for each section.

Operators progress in one direction instead of re-entering the contaminated side.
The enclosure deploys without loose metal frame members at the incident site.

For hazardous-material incidents and industrial shutdowns that need separate preliminary wash and rinse stages. Allocate clean and dirty pumps, hoses and collection areas so water from the first section cannot contaminate the second.
Configure sectional curtains, detergent dosing, pump-out points and hose interfaces. Confirm that the 60 kg packed system can be handled by the response team and transport vehicle.
