This grade provides the strongest coarse-particle arrestance among the three washable polyolefin media options.
This 20 mm progressive polyolefin mat provides ISO Coarse 75% performance at a nominal 1.0 m/s media velocity. Although its clean resistance remains 30 Pa, its greater depth and denser capture structure require more installed face area than the faster open grades. It is intended for reusable upstream protection where coarse dust would otherwise shorten the service life of finer filters.

Appropriate for industrial outside-air intakes, cleanroom support AHUs and process ventilation exposed to significant coarse dust. The medium is useful where reusable prefiltration is required to reduce loading on pocket, compact or final filters.
