Rapid traffic recovery
Fast vertical opening and closing reduces dwell time at busy personnel transitions.
This configuration replaces conventional hinged leaves with cleanroom-suitable flexible roll-up doors. Sealed motors provide approximately 28 in/s travel and can be configured for up to 70 cycles per hour, while photoelectric sensors monitor the door path. The lightweight doors roll up on total power loss to preserve an exit route, making the design distinct from slower rigid-door personnel vestibules.
Fast vertical opening and closing reduces dwell time at busy personnel transitions.
Motion or wave sensors can trigger door cycles without operators touching handles.
Lightweight leaves, obstruction sensors and power-loss roll-up behavior support safe egress.

For frequently used pharmaceutical, medical-device and electronics personnel entries where slow hinged doors create queues. Traffic controls should preserve the interlock sequence and allow enough time for any required pressure stabilization or purge.
Configure chamber size, HEPA pressurization, activation sensors, access control, status lights, timers and curtain window layout. Confirm actual traffic rate before selecting the high-cycle drive.
