Progressive dust capture
Each upstream stage removes a different particle fraction before air reaches the HEPA.
This configuration dedicates all three stages to particles: a 2 in coarse panel, a 12 in secondary filter and a final HEPA. The progressive sequence is intended for outside-air systems with enough dust load to justify two protective stages before the expensive final filter. Unlike the molecular version, it does not include a gas adsorber; its benefit is longer HEPA life and more stable particle capture under heavy ambient loading.
Each upstream stage removes a different particle fraction before air reaches the HEPA.
The secondary deep filter absorbs loading that would otherwise raise HEPA resistance prematurely.
Welded side-access housings align the three filters and allow separate service for each stage.
