Modul Bekalan Udara Bersih HEPA Bersepadu
- Coordinated Terminal Package
- Duct-Supplied Operation
- Accessible Balancing Options
- Matched Filter and Diffuser
Pengenalan Produk
The integrated HEPA clean air supply module is specified as a complete ceiling terminal rather than a bare filter casing. Its duct inlet, distribution plenum, final-filter seat and room-side front plate form a matched air path. A selected balancing arrangement and test connections make the terminal easier to operate after the ceiling is closed. Conditioned air comes from the central system; the module does not contain its own circulation fan.
Ciri-ciri Utama
Room-side balancing access can avoid entering a crowded ceiling void.
Separate pressure and aerosol connections support different checks without confusing their functions.
Front-plate selection adapts the air-distribution pattern to the intended room layout.
Penyelesaian untuk permohonan anda
A coordinated supply point helps avoid mismatches between installation, balancing and maintenance needs.

Pilihan yang boleh didapati
Filter, damper, test fittings and diffuser inclusion are selected as part of the quoted package; a different option may require a different terminal body.
Selection and Installation
Choose a complete terminal arrangement
Define the required inlet position, ceiling interface, filter size and class, damper access and diffuser pattern together. The common panel dimensions are not the external terminal dimensions or the ceiling opening. Check that every selected component belongs to the same assembled configuration rather than combining unrelated catalogue parts.
Use the central supply system correctly
This is a duct-supplied terminal, unlike the fan-powered HEPA module. The central fan must overcome duct, damper and loaded-filter resistance at the required volume. A balancing damper trims flow; it cannot increase insufficient supply pressure or provide automatic constant-volume control by itself.
Keep test access usable after installation
Identify which connections are for pressure readings, aerosol introduction and upstream concentration sampling. Their functions are not interchangeable. Keep adjustment points and sampling connections reachable with the selected front plate fitted, and preserve enough space to replace the final filter without disturbing nearby terminals.
Balance the room, not only the outlet
Check the delivered volume and discharge pattern with the other supply and extract points operating. Diffuser choice affects mixing and local air direction, but does not establish room cleanliness, sterility or containment. Include the required room-level airflow assessment alongside final-filter integrity checks.
