About This Product
The 304L diamond-pattern plate is intended for projects where the floor surface will be incorporated into a welded assembly. Its hot-rolled No.1 finish has a practical industrial appearance, and the raised diamond form is visibly different from a round-dot plate. A range of base gauges lets the fabricator select a section suited to the support spacing without changing the surface pattern or steel family.

Applications
Use this version for fixed machinery access, clean utility walkways and internal stairs where a welded metal floor is preferable to a coating. Include support direction and concentrated wheel loads in the fabrication brief, particularly where narrow trolley wheels cross a weld or opening.

Plan panel nesting from available widths and place necessary joints where they remain accessible for finishing and inspection.
Pattern height is mistaken for structural plate thickness.
State the base gauge separately and check finished elevations using the complete patterned section.
