The H14 configuration raises the final-filter grade for pharmaceutical fill-finish support and sterile component preparation. Its corrosion-resistant aluminium housing includes a washable foam prefilter, while 10, 12 or 14 in duct collars adapt the module to different supply connections. These service and connection features distinguish it from the basic H13 and ultra-clean U15 versions.
