Produkteinführung

This U17 supported membrane provides the lowest penetration of the three ePTFE grades and carries the highest nominal resistance basis: 0.55 in. w.g. at 100 fpm for a 35 mm pack. Spunbond support protects the boron-free membrane through mini-pleating, while low-offgassing material selection suits critical semiconductor tools. U17 should be specified only where the process needs its efficiency, because extra media area or fan pressure is normally required relative to U15 and U16.

The high-efficiency sheet exceeds FFU pressure capability at the planned airflow.Increase pack media area, evaluate lower face velocity and verify the 0.55 in. w.g. reference against the complete fan curve.
