Organic-vapour duty
The adsorption stage is selected for VOC and siloxane loading rather than acidic or alkaline contaminant chemistry.
The VOC configuration uses an activated-carbon stage to target organic vapours and siloxanes before air reaches the fan filter unit's HEPA or ULPA stage. It differs from the acid and base models through the selected contaminant class and adsorbent duty. An adaptor frame integrates the chemical stage with the FFU, allowing molecular and particulate filtration to be maintained as separate, serviceable functions.
The adsorption stage is selected for VOC and siloxane loading rather than acidic or alkaline contaminant chemistry.
A downstream HEPA or ULPA filter continues to control particles after the molecular stage.
The chemical panel is integrated through a sealed frame so it can be serviced independently of the primary FFU housing.

Suitable for optics manufacturing, hard-disk production, semiconductor processing and other clean areas affected by organic molecular contamination. Carbon selection and service life should be based on the specific VOC mixture, concentration, humidity and required removal level.
Define the target VOCs or siloxanes, media grade and depth, FFU adaptor, final filter and monitoring method. Confirm the chemical stage under the real airflow and environmental conditions.
