Defined supply connection
A ducted outlet lets the installation route filtered air across the enclosure boundary instead of discharging beside the intake.
The positive-pressure HEPA air supply unit combines an intake, blower and accessible filter section in a portable cabinet with a duct-ready outlet. A replaceable prefilter protects the final HEPA cassette, while a round collar or selected adapter connects the discharge to a room, enclosure or clean booth. The cabinet can remain outside the served space, leaving the occupied area clear of the machine and its service access. Fan drive, housing material and filter arrangement are selected together; a molecular stage is an additional option for a defined gas or odour duty.
A ducted outlet lets the installation route filtered air across the enclosure boundary instead of discharging beside the intake.
The upstream service stage can collect larger particles before they accumulate on the final filter.
A local fan-control package provides an adjustment point when the connected duct or enclosure changes.
Filter-resistance indication and optional room-pressure monitoring serve different maintenance and operating needs.
A positive-supply installation succeeds when the source, duct and served space form one deliberate airflow path.
The following are common selectable supply, filter and connection references for this equipment type. They describe configuration choices rather than a single tested operating point.
| Air Handling Arrangement | Filtered source-air supply into a separate room or enclosure |
|---|---|
| Common Electrical Supply Option | 230 V AC, single phase, with a 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical variant |
| Final-Filter Options | HEPA H13 or H14 filter cassette |
| Prefiltration | Replaceable coarse or fine particle prefilter ahead of the final filter |
| Fan Control Options | Variable-speed or stepped local airflow adjustment; EC fan option |
| Common Round Duct Reference | 250 mm circular connection; alternative collar sizes or rectangular adapters available by configuration |
| Wohn möglichkeiten | Powder-coated steel or stainless steel |
| Filter Loading Indication | Differential-pressure gauge across the selected filter section |
| Dienstzugang | Removable access panel and replaceable gasketed filter cassette |
| Installation format | Caster-mounted portable base; stationary base option |
| Customisierung | Verfügbar je nach beabsichtigter Anwendung und Betriebsumgebung. |
Carbon media are selected for a specified contaminant and service condition; a particle filter is not a general gas-removal stage. Ducting, intake protection and pressure-control accessories can be specified separately from the supply cabinet.
Place the intake outside the served enclosure, or connect a separate source-air duct to a suitable intake arrangement. Air drawn from an adjacent conditioned room is not automatically outdoor ventilation. Genuine outdoor supply also needs an appropriate weather intake and temperature and humidity provision. Keep the source away from vehicle exhaust, process emissions and unassessed chemical contamination.
Allow for existing mechanical exhaust, relief openings, door gaps and other leakage paths. Select supply above mechanical exhaust demand, with the excess leaving through designed relief and leakage paths. Door opening can interrupt that balance. Select room differential-pressure monitoring separately from the filter-loading gauge, which measures resistance within the machine rather than room pressure. For filtration that only circulates air within one room, compare the mobile cleanroom air purifier.
Use the fan curve for the selected filter stack and include duct length, bends, adapters, discharge fittings and loaded-filter resistance. Free-air fan output and unducted purifier airflow are not delivered room supply. Filter pressure drop is also not the external static pressure available to overcome duct resistance. Review airflow, electrical input and sound at the same operating setting; a smaller collar does not preserve the flow of a larger duct.
Reserve space for withdrawing filters and opening the access panel without straining the supply connection. Support ducting independently and secure the portable base before operation. Define whether the order includes the duct, wall flange, room sensor, controller and relief arrangement. HEPA filtration does not control temperature or humidity, and the unit alone does not establish an ISO room class. This positive-supply arrangement is for product-protection applications, not hazardous-dust extraction, infectious isolation or explosion-protected service.
