Jets approach from both sides
Opposing outlet positions give the operator a useful turning area between the active walls.
This compact air shower places an operator between two nozzle-bearing sidewalls rather than beside a single jet bank. The enclosure contains a recirculating fan-and-filter circuit, low-level return grilles and a door at each end. Powder-coated steel and stainless steel versions allow the body finish to suit the cleaning routine. The one-person format is intended for controlled movement from a gowning area into a cleaner production zone.
Opposing outlet positions give the operator a useful turning area between the active walls.
One occupied position keeps the entry routine simple where personnel arrive individually.
Aimable outlets can be set for the height and garment coverage required by the intended users.
Accessible collection surfaces support routine cleaning of loose lint from the recirculation path.
A compact entrance still needs sufficient operator space and a cleaning routine that people can repeat.
Common selectable configurations for a double-sided, single-person air shower. Each layout row pairs overall and clear-chamber dimensions; nozzle, blower and controller options are selected as a complete configuration.
| Belegung | One person per shower cycle |
|---|---|
| Common Compact Layout Option A | Overall: 1400 × 1000 × 2100 mm; clear chamber: 800 × 900 × 1980 mm (W × D × H) |

The base selection is a one-person chamber with opposed sidewall nozzles, timed operation, recirculating filtration and coordinated doors. Extra ceiling jets, display functions and alternative materials are selectable packages.
Check the internal width and depth with the actual coverall, hood and footwear. The door opening is a separate dimension from the chamber width; an operator must be able to enter, turn and leave without rubbing the nozzle panels. Include the door swing, threshold, filter-removal space and ceiling clearance in the entrance layout.
Choose the nozzle directions and timer around the garment and work routine. High velocity at a nozzle is not the average speed around a person, and a two-wall arrangement does not eliminate every sheltered area. A posted turning routine can expose different garment surfaces without extending occupancy beyond the selected cycle.
Identify the actual voltage, phase, full-unit current and protective circuit before connection; blower-motor power alone excludes lighting and controls. Review how both doors behave during entry, showering, exit, emergency release and loss of power. An air shower supplements gowning and room-pressure control; it does not sterilize garments or replace an engineered containment airlock. For two operators in one batch, compare the two-person cleanroom air shower.
