Automatische Schiebetür Cleanroom Air Dusche
- Powered Sliding Doors
- Touch-Free Activation Option
- Timed Door Sequence
- No Door Swing Arc
Produkteinführung
This air shower combines a filtered recirculation chamber with motor-driven entrance and exit leaves that translate horizontally beside the opening. The door package includes a drive, guide, closing seals and position inputs; activation can come from a touch-free sensor or another selected command device. Nozzle panels, return grilles and accessible filter sections serve the cleaning chamber, while the door controller coordinates normal movement with the shower cycle. Leaf support, pocket construction and obstruction sensing depend on the selected door assembly rather than the enclosure name alone.
Key Features
Schiebe blätter erhalten Platz im Gang, der sonst von Tür schwenk bögen genutzt würde.
Closed-door cycle inputs
Position signals let the normal program coordinate the fan cycle with the selected opening and locking arrangement.
Selectable guide detailing
Covered guide options can reduce exposed hardware while preserving access for inspection and cleaning.
Separate protection package
Obstruction monitoring can be selected with the door operator without confusing it with the device that requests entry.
Lösungen für Ihre Anwendung
A useful automatic entrance matches the trigger, moving leaf and cleaning sequence to the actual gowning route.

Technische Parameter
Common selectable door, control and air-cleaning references are listed below. The paired dimensions are one published automatic sliding-door example, not measured STjh dimensions. Nozzle speed is an outlet reference, not room airflow or a combined tested operating point.
| Door Format | Powered horizontal sliding doors; single-leaf or bi-parting arrangement |
|---|---|
| Door Activation Options | Infrared or hand-approach input, foot switch, access-reader input or manual command |
| Paired External Size Reference | 1800 x 1520 x 2220 mm, width x depth x height |
| Paired Internal Size Reference | 800 x 1200 x 2000 mm, clear chamber width x depth x height |
| Housing Material Options | Powder-coated steel or Type 304 stainless steel |
| Air-Cleaning Circuit | Prefilter, recirculation blower, final HEPA filter and directional nozzles |
| Common Blowing Arrangement | Two-sided wall discharge; additional top discharge available |
| Common Nozzle Diameter Option | 30 mm outlet diameter |
| Nozzle-Speed Reference | 25 m/s nominal outlet target; other nozzle duties available |
| Common Timer Range | 0-99 s adjustable cycle controller |
| Common Electrical Supply | 380 V AC, 50 Hz, three phase; regional variants available |
| Normal Sequence Control | Entry/exit interlock with closed-position inputs and timed blower operation |
| Door Protection Options | Protective presence or obstruction sensing, configured separately from opening activation |

Verfügbare Optionen
The basic equipment concept is a powered sliding-door enclosure with filtered air cleaning and a timed interlock program. Opening triggers, protective sensors, emergency release and external access-control interfaces are separate specifications. Their inclusion and behavior are defined with the selected operator, not inferred from a generic automatic-door label.
Selection and Installation
Choose the trigger for gowned users
Specify whether normal opening uses a hand-approach sensor, presence detection, foot switch or an access-permission signal. Match its position and detection area to the gowning routine and nearby traffic. A powered leaf may still use a push-button command; powered movement and touch-free activation are not the same feature.
Keep activation and door protection separate
An opening sensor requests movement. Protective sensing monitors people or objects where a moving leaf could create a hazard. Identify both functions, their coverage and the door operator's actual stop, hold-open or reversal response. Select closing speed and timing for the intended users. Neither a sensor shown in a doorway nor a control button establishes automatic-door safety or accessibility compliance.
Allow leaf travel and a usable clear opening
Reserve the full side-travel or pocket space of each sliding leaf, including the drive and maintenance cover. Check actual clear doorway width and height independently of internal chamber dimensions. Sliding avoids a swing arc but still occupies lateral space. Covered guides are an option, not evidence of a completely track-free floor. Keep the selected guide and threshold reachable for cleaning.
Coordinate routine cycles and recovery
Use the selected closed-position and interlock inputs before normal blower operation, then define exit release, return travel and restart after an interruption. Specify emergency release, loss-of-power behavior and any building alarm connection separately from the entry trigger. Do not assume that cutting power automatically opens a motorized leaf. The air shower supports garment particle control; it does not sterilize personnel or replace room ventilation. Where the building route branches, compare the three-door cleanroom air shower.
